Organized by First Bike Ride and supported by NYMA and Esteban Cycling Community, the Labor Day Ride promises an exhilarating morning that not only celebrates the workforce but also highlights the eco-friendly initiatives of the city’s daily commuters. The event will commence at 7:00 AM at Quezon City Hall and will wrap up around 9:30 AM at the bustling Magdamag Market Cafe.
Route and Revelry
Participants will navigate a carefully planned route showcasing the best of Quezon City’s bike infrastructure, finishing with a festive gathering at Magdamag Market Cafe. Expect games, giveaways, and a short program extending the festivities till noon. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or new to the sport, this event is an excellent opportunity to engage with the community and advocate for a healthier, more sustainable mode of transport.

According to a survey by Social Weather Stations in 2023, one in three Filipino households owns a bike, underscoring the growing significance of cycling as a practical mode of transportation.
